Your password is only half the story. The first time you sign in from a new device or browser, we send a one-time verification code — so we know it's really you, not just someone with your password. Enter the code once and the device becomes trusted; sign-ins from it are seamless after that, and money can never move from a device you haven't verified.

Open Settings in your FadPay Account to see every trusted device and when it was last seen. Revoke any of them in one click — that device is signed out immediately and must pass verification again before it can touch your account. Lost a phone? Revoke it first, worry second.

When a business needs to check something — say, whether your income meets a requirement — it sends an authorization request to your account. You see who is asking, what they're asking and why, and you confirm with a verification code or deny it. If you approve, the business receives only an attribute answer like "Eligible" or "Income requirement satisfied" — never your balance, your salary or any number. You can revoke an authorization at any time and it stops answering instantly.

Aliases only. Members see the group's name, the contribution amount and their own history — never another member's balance or contributions, and never who received a payout. Only the tontine organiser sees the roster needed to run the group. The circle stays social; the money stays private.

A personal FadPay Account is free — opening it, holding a balance and transferring to other FadPay Accounts cost nothing. Chargeable actions, like business payouts on FadPay Pro at 1.5% capped per payout, always show the exact fee before you confirm. No monthly minimums, no surprises — what you see is what you pay.

From the business dashboard, verify your company's attributes — registration, merchant status and the identity of the account holder. Once verified, your business unlocks payroll, collections and team features, and partners checking your business receive a simple "Verified" answer instead of paperwork. Most verifications complete within one business day.
