No. Opening a personal FadPay Account and sending money to other FadPay users is free, and every chargeable action — like a payout run or a collections settlement — shows its exact fee before you confirm. What you see is what you pay.
FadPay Pro charges 1.5% per payout — payroll, vendor and bulk payments alike — capped per transaction, so large payouts never carry a runaway fee. Collections, approvals and reporting carry no monthly minimum: if no money moves in a month, you pay nothing.
FadPay Next is live in Senegal, and Mali is next. Your FadPay Account also reaches further through the cards and bank networks it connects to, and the platform speaks French, English, Spanish, Chinese and Wolof.
Anytime. Upgrade a personal FadPay Account to FadPay Pro when your business starts collecting and paying, or move to Enterprise for API access and higher limits. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current cycle — nothing is locked in.
Any fee charged in error is refunded in full to your FadPay Account, usually within one business day. Contact support with the transaction reference and our team will make it right.
